Enrique Liberman authored an article in Marcum Private Investment Forum, Summer 2016 Issue, entitled “Preventing Past Performance from Impeding Future Results.”  The article provided a comprehensive overview of the permissible and lawful means by which Art Fund Managers can cite their prior performance results to prospective investors of their art funds.
