Mr. Stark’s practice focuses on employment litigation and counseling, representing employees against their current or former employers in state and federal court and in administrative actions. Mr. Stark has pursued discrimination claims based upon race, gender, religion, national origin, age, and disability, as well as claims involving sexual harassment, retaliation, defamation, and wage theft. His commercial practice includes cases involving breach of contract, restrictive covenants, and trade secrets, in both single- and multi-plaintiff cases. Mr. Stark has tried jury and bench trials before federal and state courts and arbitration panels, and he has argued before the First and Second Departments of the Appellate Division of the State of New York.
